Fulfillment Policy

At CCPayDirect, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality digital services with smooth and efficient fulfillment processes. Please review our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service delivery below.


Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery, provided no significant work has been completed. For ongoing projects — such as custom integrations, website setups, or development services — once work has begun, including approval of digital proofs or project milestones, a partial refund of up to 75% of the project fee may be issued.

Refunds are not available for services or products that have been fully delivered and approved. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all work at each milestone to ensure accuracy.


Service Delivery Policy

Services and digital products are typically fulfilled and delivered within the agreed project timeline. Delivery times may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness in providing necessary information or approvals. CCPayDirect will keep clients informed throughout the process but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in the case of delays outside our control.


Cancellation Policy

Orders and projects can be canceled at any time before work has started or digital proofs have been approved. Once fulfillment or development has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible, and partial refunds may apply based on work completed to date.
